Call Process 2020
Search for a New Pastor
Zion leadership has been working hard and continuously behind the scenes to the our Call Process. Conversations with Bishop Lecakes, Pastor Chip Froehlich, Pastor Mark Mueller and other in the Atlantic District have informed this plan that is robust, intentional, and yet has a fast turn-around. It's going to be a very busy spring at Zion!
We are very happy to let you know that Pastor Charles (Chip) Froehlich will be serving as Zion's Interim Pastor for six-months beginning on January 31. His time with us may be extended if needed. He will assist us in the Call Process, worship, visitation, Sunday School and Formation (First Communion and Confirmation Classes). He also brings extensive experience in fiance, outreach, senior ministry and youth.

All are invited to attend! While we prepare for the joy of Easter, as a faith community we also are preparing for the next chapter in our
long history. Thank you to everyone who attended Workshop #1. Almost fifty folks participated in a dynamic and thoughtful discussion on:
•what Zion does well
•what we need to grow
•what opportunities lie ahead of us
We are thankful that Pastor Chip is with us to help us discern and reaffirm our purpose and mission.
Pastor Chip challenged us to think about three words "CONNECT, GROW, LIVE" and how they relate and direct us in what our purpose and mission is here at Zion.
